3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plans

• Free: 5 daily AI credits, basic features
• Pro ($15/month or $150/year): Unlimited credits, Business Hub, custom personas
• Enterprise ($30/month or $300/year): Everything in Pro plus team features, automation, white-labeling

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Yearly plans offer a 2-month discount (billed as 10 months)
• Failed payments may result in service interruption
• No refunds for partial months or unused credits

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro and Enterprise subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Generate deepfakes or impersonate individuals without consent
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking
• Scrape or data mine the Service without permission
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute Service features without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is owned by you, subject to our Acceptable Use policy. You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

6.3 Our Platform

The Service, including all software, algorithms, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform.

7. Privacy & Data

8. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

• AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• AI features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime for Enterprise users and best-effort availability for Free and Pro users. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
